Wednesday Wishes: If I were going to a concert in LA….

This is the second installation in my blog series, “Wednesday Wishes.” These items are entirely out of my budget, but also representative of my personal style. Hence, my Wednesday Wishes :)

I would wear this rocker chic, black & white look if I were a socialite attending some indie rock concert in LA on a Thursday night. Each piece is SO simple but SO high end. Basically obsessed with the YSL heels and sexy white racer back top by Rag & bone. I love flowy shirts like these for summer. Usually I don’t like a white or pastel color top for a night outfit, but I think the severity of the heels and black moto pants dress this look perfectly for a night out.

 I always a like to carry a light weight jacket when going out on a summer night, especially when I’m unsure or unfamiliar with where I’m headed. If there’s a chance I could end up in a chilly lounge, theater or hall, I can’t stand that regretful thought of, “I wish I had grabbed a cardi.” This jacket by Vince would be a really great option to transition through several seasons. The collar adds a bit of structure & polish to what would otherwise be a casual jacket.
