If I were going to an outdoor happy hour, I would wear a super lightweight, and nighttime chic look. This new dress at Target is so hipstery-cool. I love the gold, diamond accents at each shoulder. The cut is high-low. Accented with some gold & black spiky jewelry – the look is very chic for a hot night with drinks!
