So is leopard back in? I’ve never been a huge fan because I feel like it can very easily err on the side of tacky. However, I’m starting to see leopard print everywhere – especially in the larger pattern. I think the large leopard print definitely looks much less cheap (please excuse my strong opinions on this subject) so I’ve picked out the one leopard item I could actually imagine myself wearing.
This leopard print cotton blend jacket from Mango I think is really tastefully designed. It’s just a little bit of animal print used to add some visual interest. However, the intensity of the pattern is muted by the solid black sleeves. Plus this box shape is really good for those fall nights that can change from warm to cool and vice versa. I thought styling it with a sleek, faux leather skirt would be SO on trend this season. And I’m totally loving the black leather foldover clutch by Michael Kors below. Have had my eye on this for a while now so I’m thinking it’s time to make the purchase plunge!
